Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf

The Party, headed by the famous cricketer Imran Khan, has gone through much difficulties to reach the place it holds today as one the major parties of Pakistan. Founded on April 25, 1996 as Sociopolitical Movement, but never reached immediate popularity. Formed as a revolutionary party to be the voice of the people during the 1990s when Pakistan's two major parties were elected but didn't finish their respective terms because of Corruption and Mismanagement. Thou the party supported the coup in 1999 in which General Pervez Musharraf took over Nawaz Sharif's Government in a bloodless coup, later Imran Khan would become General Pervez Musharraf's most aggressive critic.

Appart from many years of criticism, for having no experience and sometimes even been affiliated with the ISI(Pakistan's Secret Service), Imran Khan has won many hearts of the people of  Pakistan and has shown the people that he is the last hope of the country. The party's popularity has grown most amazingly since the last year with the party's "Tsunami Jalsa's" which have been said to be record breaking at which ever city held in that city's history.

Mainly PTI is supported by the youth of Pakistan which looks at Imran Khan as the savoir of Pakistan and whom can give the country back the respect it deserves. Not only the young but many other who know and have seen the other party's unappreciated work look towards Imran Khan for a change. Only time will tell if Imran Khan and his followers will bring the change they vision...

Karachi's Situation

So everyone knows that the situation of Karachi today is because of all the Gangs fighting each other for lands that they want to control, and this is not something new. It's been happening for as long as I can remember. Whenever a Political Party Worker,  from any party(MQM, ANP, or PPP), is killed the whole city goes under siege. I, like many people, have a strong believe that Karachi's current situation is highly influenced  by the Pakistani Governments decision to stop NATO supplies from going into Afghanistan from Karachi.

Pakistan and its people are still not over the fact that just  a few months ago 23 Pakistani Soldiers were killed on Pakistani soil, and while the Government thinks of re-opening the supply line, the people of  Pakistan are not only furious but also heartbroken. The current Government is widely known for it's record breaking corruption and dishonesty to it's people. Now back to Karachi, you might think that what does the NATO Air Raid and the strike of the Nato Supply Line. Well what I have understood till now I think that the United States has something to do with whatever is going on in Karachi right now, I think that the CIA is giving a sign that Pakistan should not mess with US Government and re-open the NATO Supply Line.

This is what I think, if you have some different thoughts and opinions be sure to comment...
